Photo Manipulation and Ethics

A) In April in Israel photographer Menahem Kahana took a photo of the missiles launching. when the image appeared in Yated Neeman, an ultra-Orthodox Jewish newspaper someone had fooled with the image. 

B) This photo editing is unethical because this can cause a serious problem with other people and even  other countries.

A) Its the most unethical because it makes the soldier look bad by making him look like he's yelling at the man with the kid.

B) This is the most least unethical because all they did was make the image look better, its not offending anyone.
